[1] There Are Two Types Of eMail Addresses You Can Set Up Here... |

POP3 ACCOUNTS: Is "youname@yoursite.com" - This type of mail allows you to READ & WRITE mail |
|
under your own name. To access your eMail, you must sign into the web-based eMail system (Horde®), or use a third party eMail software program that can read/write POP3 eMail - such as Microsoft's Outlook ® |
|
or Outlook Express ® (Which is free with Microsoft's Internet Explorer), MSN's HotMail ®, Pegasus ®, etc. |
|

|
Example: Someone sends mail to you - such as "yourname@yoursite.com", You get it and then reply to them. The reply will have the return address as "yourname@yoursite.com". |
|
|
|
eMAIL FORWARDING: Allows you to have "yourname@yoursite.com" - But you will only be able to READ new mail as it has been forwarded to a different eMail Address. When you respond to a new eMail, the response will not come from your web-based eMail Address. |

|
|
Example: Someone sends mail to you - such as "yourname@yoursite.com", You have the account set up to forward your mail to an AOL Account - such as "john@aol.com". When you reply to your incoming mail, the return address will read "john@aol.com", NOT "yourname@yoursite.com". |

[3] How To Log On To Horde or SquirrelMail Web-Based eMail Systems |

Our web-based POP3 eMail system (Horde® & SquirrellMail ®), can be accessed from any computer. You have full read and write capability using Your Site's eMail Address. In your URL Address Bar, simply type in your Web Site Address followed by a colon and 2095. When the "Enter Password" window pops up, enter |
|
your Full eMail Address and Password provided to you. |

|
Network Username & Password Sample: yourname@yoursite.com & Then Your Password |
